Accommodation overview: The smaller of the two properties, this lovely barn is entered from the parking area where the front door leads directly into a pleasant living room open to the apex of the roof, with a comfortable leather seating area, a fully fitted country style kitchen/diner and natural wood flooring.

A rear hallway gives access to a bathroom W.C. with hand basin and shower cubicle, a twin bedded room with patio door opening to the landscaped lawn and gardens and a master bedroom with a kingsize double bed and an en-suite shower room W.C. with hand basin.

Stairs lead up from the living room to the first floor and an attractive landing/snug area with casual seating ideal for reading or as a children's play room and to one side a door opens to the third bedroom with two 3ft single beds tucked under the eaves with some exposed low beams.

The owners provide free charcoal/firelighters for the barbecue and can arrange for scallops, lobster, crab, fish (all weather and season dependent) to be delivered from local fishermen.
