From the parking area, the glazed front door opens and one step leads up to a spacious entrance hallway with an adjacent fully fitted kitchen/dining room leading off to one side.
At the rear is a pleasant sitting room with lounge seating for four and French Windows opening to a small sheltered patio area for the visitor’s sole use and half a dozen granite steps leading up the communal lawned garden.
Carpeted stairs lead up from the hall to the first floor landing and two double bedrooms tucked under sloping ceilings with views over the surrounding countryside from Velux windows, both have the choice of a 5ft double or 2ft 6in zip-linked twin beds.
