A pleasant dining room, with oil fired Rayburn for background heat in the colder months, still has the original ledge and brace door leading out to an extension at the rear with a bright and spacious modern fitted kitchen with a double oven and a window overlooking the sheltered garden. The back door opens from here to a pretty little cottage garden with mature shrubs and 3 steps leading up to the lawn area surrounded by a cornish stone and hedge border.

The nearest beach is Bossiney Cove which has fine sand at low tide reached by a 10 minute walk down a fairly steep incline. The famous ruins of Tintagel castle and Merlins sea cave below are approximately 1 and a half miles. King Arthurs Great Halls / Information Centre and a good selection of local shops, pubs and restaurants are within one mile. The attractive NT harbour at Boscastle is 3 miles and the coastal footpath is very close by leading to the dramatic Rocky Valley. St Nectans Glen is approximately 1 mile.
