The property is arranged on one floor and is accessed via an incline from the parking area. A private gate opens into a paved patio and garden with lawn with a pathway that leads to the property.

A porch way with coat pegs leads into a dining room with a brick archway into a fully fitted kitchen. An open arch leads into a spacious sitting room, beamed with attractive features it looks out over the garden and has wide views of the countryside beyond.
There are two bedrooms, one with a double and a single bed the other with a king size double bed. A shower room W.C. and hand basin complete the accommodation.

Accommodation overview: Virtually a sister cottage to the Dove Cot having been reclaimed from the same two storey building although the bedrooms are a little bigger.
On the ground floor is a beamed L-shaped living room and a bathroom / W.C. with shower over the bath and heated towel rail. From the living room a door opens to a patio area at the rear, an ideal spot for sundowners whilst watching the sun go down over the ocean.
There is a gate giving access to the paddock area. Upstairs are two bedrooms with sea views - double and twin beds respectively. If a cot is required the maximum number of people that can be accommodated has to be reduced to three.
