Broadwell Farm, as photographed in "25 Beautiful Homes", is a Grade II listed 17th century farmhouse, providing self-catering holiday accommodation in the peaceful village of Broadwell.

Broadwell is a very pretty village with lovely Cotswold stone cottages. It has a gentle stream running through the village with a ford, and a wide village green which is overlooked by the very hospitable Fox Inn.

Close by is the pretty town of Stow-on-the-Wold with its wide variety of boutique shops, restaurants, pubs and tea rooms. Visit Bourton-on-the-Water with its many attractions and also the market town of Moreton-in-Marsh.

The upmarket Daylesford Organic Farm Shop at Kingham with its cafe is only six miles away.

Closer to the cottage in Asthall, just down the lane, is the historic Manor house and church. Asthall Manor was the childhood home of the Mitford sisters.
