Accommodation overview: The Court House ETC 4 Star, is a charming Grade I listed Stuart garden building from circa 1620. It has been imaginatively converted to provide a chic little cottage for two to four adults in the heart of the beautiful Gloucestershire Cotswolds. Originally, it was a banqueting house or gazebo, but more recently it has become known as the Manor's 'Court House', because here the successive Lords of the Manor of Owlpen would have held their Court Leet or 'Hamilton' - the "trying of their servants and tenants for petty offences"! The glass doors, divided by a simple Tuscan column, frame a view of the East Wing of Owlpen's Manor House.First Floor Please note: reached via a steep, narrow spiral staircase, leading to a Sitting Room in the old Justice Room.
