Accommodation overview: Heron Cottage is a very good quality holiday cottage, located within the heart of the Cotswold Water Park on the popular Lower Mill Village. The cottage is set in a quiet area of the Lower Mill and enjoys a decking area which looks towards a grassed area and Clearwater Lake beyond. This is a great location for families with superb facilities all within easy reach, but is also ideal for couples who want to relax with some brilliant walks (including the Thames Path) and also a good quality local pub, which is about 15 mins walk away. Internally the property is spacious and well appointed, absolutely ideal for summer and winter months alike, particularly with the french doors for outdoor dining in summer or the woodburning stove for winter. The WC is in a separate structure just outside the yurt. Bookers Cottage, set in its own apple orchard, was built in the 19th century in traditional mellow Cotswold stone, and is roofed in lichen-covered Stonesfield mellow slates. Situated at Bruern Cottages offering the luxury and comfort you'd expect from a 5 star hotel, with the space and personalised touches you can only find in a bespoke self catering property. Built in Victorian times our twelve cottages have won many awards including 5 star recognition and the English Tourist Boards Excellence Award. The properties were converted by Mrs. Judy Astor, our proprietor, back in 1992 and have been developed and refurbished over time to reflect our guests' wants and needs.

You should feel that your cottage is your 'home from home' in the Cotswolds and that everything you need to enjoy your stay is provided, from ready chopped and stacked logs for the open fire to high quality crockery and cutlery, from antique furniture to state of the art sound and vision. Accommodation overview: Granary Cottage, Blackwell is a Four Star rated self catering cottage set in the heart of the Northern Cotswolds, and a convenient distance from Chipping Campden and also Shakespeare's Stratford upon Avon. This lovely holiday cottage is set within the peaceful grounds of the owners home and is surrounded by some fine rolling Cotswolds' countryside. As one would expect from such a location it is ideal for walks, but it is equally perfect for enjoying many classic Cotswold spots including some National Trust gardens and ever popular market towns such as Stow on the Wold. Internally the cottage is presented in immaculate condition with good thought given to the period property whilst providing many modern facilities throughout that will give customers, in our opinion, a delightful experience and at excellent price. Added to this is access to a paddock AND a super games room with 'pub style' pool table!! The village of Armscote is about 15 minutes walk away and has a wonderful local pub, The Fox & Goose, with open fires and great food. Stratford-upon-Avon is eight miles away and there are several National Trust properties within a few miles. Shipston-on-Stour, a delightful market town with a wide range of independent shops, and Ilmington, a lovely Cotswold village with the famous Howard Arms pub with great food and atmosphere, are both 2-3 miles away. Chipping Campden, described historically as having Britain's most beautiful village street, is a short drive away
