Located on Howells Mere and with stunning, far reaching views this is another high quality property in one of the most prestigeous locations on the Cotswold Lakes. Inside the owners have created an amazing, contemporary holiday home, which has clearly been developed with self catering holidays in mind. On the first two floors are the good sized bedrooms most with terrace areas and views towards the water, leading to the top floor - an open plan living space with 360 degree views across the lakes and surrounding countryside. Finally is the 'skydeck' itself - the very top floor with exceptional and interrupted views for miles. Wow! Artspa offers indoor, outdoor (heated) and eco pools, as well as a state of the art gymnasium and an exceptional selection of spa treatments. A small farm shop is situated in Mill Village, offering all of the essentials. The property, which is located in a quiet corner of the Lower Mill Village, is a detached home sitting on the banks of a River Thames tributary with views looking towards the lakes beyond. In fact the owner tells us if you like to fish, you can't be better situated - fishing on your own private lake!! This particular holiday cottage has many positive elements as well as its location but in particular it has access to a large and private garden area which sits overlooking the lake and which is exclusive to guests in this cottage! Internally, the owner has maintained the cottage to a high standard and provides a contemporary holiday home ideal for families or small groups alike.
