Accommodation overview: Number 8 Howell's Mere is simply amazing - a stunning barn with a design that, quite literally, is unique. Situated on a lake with a peaceful view across the water towards other contemporary properties, it has a Scandinavian style with a fabulous decked 'patio-area' which literally sits on the lake! Internally it is presented in an uncluttered style that is both cool and dramatic bringing a modern feel to this beautiful corner of the Cotswolds. As you can tell we love this property. ACCOMMODATION.Kitchen has a real wow! factor, newly designed all electrical Aga Masterchef attracts the eye as you walk in. The kitchen has a large fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and microwave. The property enjoys a quiet, decked area overlooking a stream ideal for 'al fresco' dining, along with comfortable internal accommodation. In our opinion, this is a perfect location for those who wish to either have an active, sporting holiday or simply relax in peaceful surroundings. With an abundance of wildlife and walks around the glorious lakes surrounding the Mill Village this is likely to also appeal to the avid 'twitcher'! The famous gardens of Kiftsgate and Hidcote are about 40 mins away, not far from the delightful town of Chipping Campden. Westonbirt Arboretum is 40 mins to the south - there are of course many locals gardens that are open during the season!
