The living accommodation comprises a well-equipped kitchen with dining area, and a sitting room with a woodburner. Outside is off road parking for two cars, and there is a private unfenced garden area with furniture. The Medway towns of Chatham and Rochester are within easy reach, as are many NT and English Heritage properties, the shopping centre of Bluewater, and even the capital city, London, making The Cottage an ideal base for relaxing or sightseeing.
