Accommodation overview: A high quality conversion full of character and two miles from the Norfolk Broads. This cottage is all on one level with wheelchair access. Frettenham is a quiet, rural village situated just on the edge of the Broads. It is a great base for exploring the many attractions of the area. Wroxham, the heart of the broads is just a short distance away and from here you can hire a day boat and explore the inlets and rivers inaccessible on foot. Bewilderwood is a super, fun attraction nearby for children. The coast at Sea Palling and Eccles Beach offers wide, sandy beaches and is within about twenty miles. Take the train from Wroxham and enjoy the diverse shopping, historic and cultural attractions in the fine city of Norwich. Coltishall, which is just two miles away, is a perfect place to observe the boating whilst enjoying a meal or drink at the riverside restaurants and pubs.

Accommodation overview: Attractive recently built brick very attractive single storey property, with wheelchair access. Binham is a beautiful, peaceful village retaining all the charm and character of a bygone age. The village has the remains of an early 12th century Benedictine priory, where classical concerts are held throughout the summer and the whole area is steeped in history. The Georgian town of Holt is five miles away with the harbour town of Wells four miles away. Also nearby is the picturesque village of Blakeney, where narrow streets slope down to the tidal creek, and which offers sailing and beautiful coastal and marshland walks. The well-stocked village shop is a legendary village institution, as are the excellent butcher, gift shop and pub with its own micro-brewery.

Accommodation overview: Good quality, wheelchair friendly barn conversion. One of four cottages which together sleep 18. Shared swimming pool. Once an important place of pilgrimage, the ruins of Bromholm Priory are still to be seen in Bacton today. The Priory was built in 1113 AD by William de Glanville and was home to the Cluniacs, the Black Monks who purchased a piece of the True Cross, the Bromholm Roode. Ensuing miracles ensured visits by many thousands of pilgrims including King Henry III. The Priory was mentioned in Chaucer's Canterbury Tales, the Domesday Book, and was the subject of a prediction in Mother Shipton's Almanac. Today the coastal village opens its doors to the 21st century pilgrims who visit for their holidays. They enjoy the friendly village atmosphere and the sandy beaches, which are often quiet even in the height of summer. There is a good range of local amenities including pubs, shops, a children's playground and a bowling green. These four beautifully refurbished cottages are set in the extensive mature and secure gardens and grounds of the 16th century Grade II listed Pilgrims House, which was once the farmhouse of Bromholm Priory. There is shared use of the extensive gardens with a summerhouse, outdoor chess set and croquet. Swimming Pool: At the centre of the complex the 16th Century Grade II listed, thatched barn houses a large 13 x 6 metre heated indoor swimming pool and has exposed beams and stained glass windows, with sauna, shower and wc The pool, with an average year round temperature of 30c, is available for all guests and it may be used between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. There is no lifeguard, so an adult must supervise children at all times and nobody can use the pool area on their own. Exercise Room & Laundry: On the first floor of the gig house/wood store is an exercise room with exercise bike, weights, air hockey and a pool table. The laundry area has a washing machine and tumble dryer for guests to use free of charge. There are also irons and ironing boards. Accommodation overview: One of four very well appointed cottages offering sympathetically restored accommodation with use of a large recreation barn. Happisburgh (pronounced Haisbro) is a seaside village on the North East Coast of Norfolk, famous for its red and white lighthouse. It offers visitors a quiet, rural location, sandy beaches and cliff-top walks. The village has a post office/store and a traditional coaching inn, and is within a 15-minute drive of the market towns of North Walsham and Stalham with easy access to the Norfolk Broads and many other tourist attractions. In past years, Church Farm has been a favoured holiday location for famous artists such as Henry Moore, Barbara Hepworth, Ben Nicholson and Ivon Hitchens, keen to relax in a rural idyll. The large grain barn and stables have been sympathetically converted to retain character and create four beautiful cottages, which all have exposed flint walls and old beams. There is a large recreation barn (9am-8pm) offering a racket sports area, a pool table, table tennis table and a comfortable seating area with books and games. Each cottage has its own door allowing access directly into the recreation barn. Shop/Pub: 0.25 miles 
Typically suitable for a person with restricted walking ability and for those that may need to use a wheelchair some of the time. Hepworth Cottage is a spacious property created from the old stables and one end of the grain barn, and is wheelchair-friendly with easy access via a gentle slope, wider doorways and a large walk-in en-suite shower in the ground floor master bedroom. Artwork in the cottage represents the work of the sculptress Barbara Hepworth. It has an enclosed patio and garden area with gas barbecue, rotary dryer and outside furniture. Ground Floor:
