Just a short drive to the city of Norwich, the Broads and Coast are an easy distance by car. A delightful property in a great location. Bracon Ash and Mulbarton virtually merge at one point and this is where Pond Cottage is situated. A quiet village surrounded by lovely countryside yet just seven miles from the historic city of Norwich. The area is surrounded by attractive market towns Attleborough and Wymondham being the closest. Both the Norfolk and Suffolk coasts are within easy driving distance and the Broads can be accessed at Beccles. A great area for walking and cycling in an all year round location.
Set in the grounds of the owner's Georgian property and surrounded by gardens, paddocks and woodland amounting to 33 acres, Pond Cottage is situated in a truly tranquil and beautiful location. The accommodation is of a very high quality, extremely comfortable and well equipped. The front of the property overlooks the large pond and there are delightful enclosed rear gardens which enjoy their own woodland walk. Accommodation overview: This beautiful and traditional Victorian cottage is only minutes from the beach and Cromer town centre. Built in the North Norfolk brick & flint style, with a stylish and pastel coloured interior and situated on a quiet Loke. Cromer is a traditional seaside resort with a cliff-top setting and wide sandy beaches running down to the sea. It is famous for its fishing boats that still work off the sea and offer freshly caught seafood. The town has a fine recently refurbished pier, a local history museum, a new lifeboat museum, a golf course, cycle hire, shops and restaurants as well as seafront entertainment, making it ideal for a family holiday. Cromer church tower is the tallest in Norfolk and the more adventurous might like to climb to the top and enjoy the wonderful views. No 10 is a pretty Victorian cottage, traditionally built of brick and flint for the workers of the Cromer Hall Estate. The property is situated on a quiet Loke just minutes from the beach and town centre.
