Accommodation overview: Morryb forms one of three terraced cottages which provides cosy, warm and comfortable accommodation within The Eco Village. This end of terrace property is decorated to a good standard and is perfect for both small family gatherings and couples alike. This property is also perfectly suitable for the more elderly as its arranged on one level both inside and out.
On entering the property through the large French windows, access is straight into a cosy but well furnished and equipped lounge/kitchen/ diner with electric living flame fire and flat screen TV. The lounge is on one side which provides comfortable seating and a fully fitted kitchen/ diner on the opposite side.
Off the main lounge area, a rear hallway leads to the bedrooms which consist of one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, shower over and WC and one twin bedroom with en-suite shower room and WC.

The spacious and well-equipped accommodation offers a relaxing atmosphere with plenty of country walks beside the river and through the fields. There is also alot of wildlife to see including kingfishers sandmartins buzzards and herons maybe an otter or skylark. You can also watch the wildlife on and around the river from the large hide overlooking the River Ottery on the Devon and Cornwall boundary. There are webcams set up to capture the wildlife around the farm which can be viewed on the TV in your cottage you may be lucky enough to watch swallows eggs hatching in the nest or bats leaving an old barn. A wonderful centre for visiting Cornwall and Devon. Many all year round attractions are within easy travelling distance including The Eden Project (purchase discounted fast track tickets available from farmhouse) Plymouth Aquarium Morwellham Quay and King Arthur s Castle at Tintagel. Leisure facilities: visitors can try their hand at clay pigeon shooting or fishing (both fly and coarse) on the beautiful River Ottery or on the smaller Boles Bridge stream which meander though the farm. Accommodation overview: Oak and May Cottages are two very well presented properties converted from a stone barn. Set in their own grounds at the head of a stunning rural valley, the properties boast lovely views from the garden across farmland. The accommodation (adjacent to the owners' home) is cleverly set out over two floors and is ideally suited to a couple or young family. Whilst the cottages are available individually, they may also suit two families looking for adjacent accommodation sleeping up to eight in total. The cottages are in a wonderful setting of outstanding natural beauty overlooking farmland, and just 1 1/2 miles from the beautiful estuary town of Salcombe, with its spectacular coastline and fine sandy beaches. The village of Malborough - with two pubs, post office/village stores and garage - is only third of a mile away. Salcombe and Malborough can now be reached via a newly constructed cycle/walk path accessed from the top of the drive.All guests have access to the outdoor solar heated swimming pool (usually available from late May to the end of September) and are welcome to meet the resident herd of Shetland ponies!
