Pitt House is an impressive early 15th-century detached cottage with thick cob walls and is located in the peaceful old part of Kingskerswell village, which still maintains loads of its old rustic charm. It is approached through double wooden gates, and has ample parking for 5 plus cars. It is steeped in history with original oak panelling, heavily beamed ceilings, inglenook fireplaces and the original bread oven. The large family size living room opens directly onto the gardens through two sets of French doors, whilst the snug Prince William room offers a space for quieter times. The Oliver Cromwell dining-room oozes nostalgia in its character and décor and is a wonderful room for a special dinner party.
