Accommodation overview: A charming semi-detached traditional stone cottage in a sheltered, well kept, lawned garden in the quiet hamlet of Brill near Constantine. Comfortably and attractively furnished, the cottage is approached by a sloping driveway and half a dozen granite steps that lead up to the front door.
The accommodation consists of a warm and cosy sitting room of great character with a beamed ceiling and exposed stonework on one wall, and a door to one side opens to a ground floor bedroom with twin beds. At the rear of the property in an extension to the original cottage, one step leads up to a compact kitchen / diner with maple effect fitted units, a pine dining suite and a quarry tiled floor, and at the far end, one step leads down to a bathroom W.C. with hand basin and shower over the bath.
A rather narrow pine open-tread staircase leads up from the sitting room to two further bedrooms with peaceful views over the village cricket field to countryside beyond, with a single and king size double bed respectively, all with electric blankets. A door from the kitchen leads out to the secluded rear garden, with a gravel patio area and a couple of steps up to an enclosed level lawn with mature flower beds and a side gate leading to the front drive.
The elderly may find it easier to access the property via the rear where there are just 2 steps. The village of Constantine, about one mile away, has a church, small shops and a pub and Falmouth, with a wider selection of amenities, several beaches and the National Maritime Museum is five miles away.
