You will be perfectly positioned for touring both Devon and Cornwall with easy access to the A30. You will have a choice of sandy beaches to the north and south as well as attractions such as Meldon and Roadford reservoirs for walking and fishing National Trust properties The Eden Project (60 minutes drive) and horse riding can be found locally.
