On the lower ground floor a stylish double bedroom with French doors opening out on to the terrace and additional day bed for flexible sleeping arrangements is served by a lovely family bathroom, while the twin bedroom on this floor benefits from its own ensuite shower room. If you can tear yourself away from this wonderful home there is so much to explore nearby. Enchanting Watermouth Cove is within a short stroll, with its gently sloping shoreline and abundance of rock pools, this naturally sheltered harbour is a popular mooring for colourful boats of all shapes and sizes. Watermouth Castle is one of North Devon’s premier attractions and offers something for all the family, while the nearby Dinosaur and Wildlife Park is a favourite with children. The Sawmill Inn, a character pub and restaurant is within walking distance and there is a wide choice of pubs, restaurants and shops in Ilfracombe and Combe Martin just a few minutes' drive away. Set on the edge of the peaceful village of Lee Bay it offers breathtaking scenery and cliff-top coastal walks with unrivalled scenery from your front door. You will be a 10 minutes drive from the popular long sandy beaches of Woolacombe and Croyde. The location is also perfect for exploring the Tarka Cycling Trail a little further on is the National Trust area of Heddons Mouth and on to the wild expanses of Exmoor.
