Accommodation overview: Spacious south facing holiday home with wonderful views over Fuchsia Valley and just a few hundred yards from the coastal path. Vine Cottage offers a rare opportunity to stay in the lovely picturesque village of Lee. Being very comfortable throughout and offering excellent accommodation, all main rooms of this spacious south facing home have extensive views over the surrounding hillside in Fuchsia valley. The inner hallway and porch have flagstone flooring and the wood burning stove keeps the living room cosy. A real bonus is the large conservatory with lovely views overlooking the garden and valley. At the other end of the cottage is a large garden room off the kitchen ideal as an extra sitting room, with patio doors directly onto the garden and a large utility room with ample storage space. There is a convenient ground floor cloakroom. Upstairs are three bedrooms, the double room has an iron and brass bed and includes an ensuite shower room, and the family bathroom serves the other two rooms. The cottage is approached via a steep sweeping private drive and parking area, and the gardens are landscaped, with a large sloping lawn to the rear, Within only a few hundred yards of the coastal path, a ten minute walk of Lee Bay and within a short drive of several beaches on this glorious coastline, Vine Cottage is welcoming any time of year.
