Leisure facilities: the farm is set in 10 acres and guests are welcome to walk the owner s fields perfect for those with dogs however please be warned that some of the fields are set on steep slopes. The views from the beach are spectacular and you can join the costal path leading to Clovelly or Peppercombe, or if you are feeling energetic, walk all the way to Westward Ho! Delightfully restored inside, modern features combine with original touches and as might be expected the ceilings are a little lower than usual.
