Accommodation overview: A pretty mid terrace cottage overlooking the East Lyn River. Parking is available on the roadside. Gable Cottage is a pretty mid terraced character cottage overlooking the banks of the East Lyn River, in the picturesque and popular harbour village of Lynmouth 'where Exmoor meets the sea'. The comfortable living room features an open fireplace and the separate spacious dining kitchen is attractively fitted with cream cottage style units complemented by a Belfast sink, solid beech work surfaces, and terracotta tiled floor. A rear door leads out onto the small enclosed courtyard. A fairly steep staircase, as you would expect in a cottage of this age, leads to the two first floor bedrooms. Both enjoying a river view and with the double featuring an iron bedstead. Opposite bedroom two is the main bathroom, and you will find an additional shower room further along the landing.
