Ranworth is a pretty, quiet village set in the heart of the Norfolk Broads, with its own Broad and Staithe - a great place to watch the world go by! The village Church is renowned as the "Cathedral of the Broads"; its tower offering panoramic views over the surrounding Broadland. Wroxham, "the capital of the Broads", is a few miles away, from where you can enjoy a trip on one of the steamers, or hire your own boat by the hour/day. There is a huge amount to do in the area with the popular attractions Bewilderwood and Fairhaven Water Gardens close by, and easy access to miles of quiet waterways, country walks and nature reserves. The coast at Sea Palling, Horsey or Eccles Beach offer wide, safe, sandy beaches that children will love and where seals are often to be seen. The historic cathedral city of Norwich is within easy reach, with park & ride facilities. Do take a tour around the Woodbastwick brewery in the next village and sample the local beer.

The Cottage is a delightful, thatched house in the heart of the village, whilst remaining secluded and having far-reaching views. Warm and welcoming, the accommodation is very spacious, well equipped and comfortable, great for larger groups and families. The large, enclosed garden is a particular feature of the property that adults and children will enjoy immensely. This really is a great location for a holiday which can be as relaxing or as energetic as you wish.
