Accommodation overview: Surrounded by attractive gardens and within minutes of one of Norfolk's most famous Broads this is a delightful and charming property with great accommodation and facilities. The coast at Sea Palling and Eccles is only a short distance. Ranworth is a pretty, quiet village set in the heart of the Norfolk Broads, with its own Broad and Staithe - a great place to watch the world go by! The village Church is renowned as the "Cathedral of the Broads"; its tower offering panoramic views over the surrounding Broadland. Wroxham, "the capital of the Broads", is a few miles away, from where you can enjoy a trip on one of the steamers, or hire your own boat by the hour/day. There is a huge amount to do in the area with the popular attractions Bewilderwood and Fairhaven Water Gardens close by, and easy access to miles of quiet waterways, country walks and nature reserves. The coast at Sea Palling, Horsey or Eccles Beach offer wide, safe, sandy beaches that children will love and where seals are often to be seen. The historic cathedral city of Norwich is within easy reach, with park & ride facilities. Do take a tour around the Woodbastwick brewery in the next village and sample the local beer. The Cottage is a delightful, thatched house in the heart of the village, whilst remaining secluded and having far-reaching views. Warm and welcoming, the accommodation is very spacious, well equipped and comfortable, great for larger groups and families. The large, enclosed garden is a particular feature of the property that adults and children will enjoy immensely. This really is a great location for a holiday which can be as relaxing or as energetic as you wish. Accommodation overview: Braydeston Cottage is a delightful thatched property situated in the centre of this Broadland village. It offers spacious accommodation with masses of character. Brundall lies on the banks of the River Yare which is great for fishing and exploring the waterways on a boat cruise. In the heart of the Broads there are wonderful opportunities for walking and bird watching. The coast is a short distance and easily accessible. The magnificent city of Norwich is a great place to shop, view historic sites and offers a wealth of cultural opportunities. The village has some great facilities including an award-winning restaurant. Braydeston Cottage is an attractive 17th century thatched cottage with an abundance of character including exposed timbers, decorative fireplaces and leaded windows. It is a real retreat, set within large, mature grounds and approached via a long gravel driveway with ample off-road parking, only minutes away from the village centre and its amenities which include a rail connection to Norwich and beyond. There is a golf course and driving range in the village with both horse riding and sea fishing available locally.
