Accommodation overview: A comfortable, newly renovated single-storey barn adjoining Dove Cottage, set to one side of the central courtyard and outdoor play area. Entered from the gravel parking area where there is space for two cars, a concrete path leads round to the stable door which opens to a useful lobby.
An inner door leads into the fully fitted kitchen, well equipped and with smart modern units. A brick archway continues through to a pleasant living room with a part beamed ceiling, a dining suite and comfortable seating overlooking the enclosed garden. A door leads off to a carpeted hallway giving access to a cloakroom W.C. with hand basin, a bathroom W.C. with hand basin and shower over the bath and three attractive bedrooms. There are two bedrooms with king-size beds and fitted wardrobes, and the third bedroom has two single beds.
From the hall a door opens to the walled and gated garden with a crazy paved patio and a small lawn bordered by flower beds.

You can also watch the wildlife on and around the river from the large hide overlooking the River Ottery on the Devon and Cornwall boundary. There are webcams set up to capture the wildlife around the farm which can be viewed on the TV in your cottage you may be lucky enough to watch swallows eggs hatching in the nest or bats leaving an old barn. A wonderful centre for visiting Cornwall and Devon. Many all year round attractions are within easy travelling distance including The Eden Project (purchase discounted fast track tickets available from farmhouse) Plymouth Aquarium Morwellham Quay and King Arthur s Castle at Tintagel. Accommodation overview: Nestling in a pretty Devon village just on the edge of Exmoor National Park, this lovely conversion has been stylishly renovated and is perfect for couples and families. Brayford is one of those picturesque traditional Devon villages that you may only discover by chance. Situated just on the edge of Exmoor National Park surrounded by rolling fields and woodland and with the River Bray running through the centre, it is an ideal location from which to explore all this wonderful area has to offer. Built in the 19th century as a Baptist Chapel and Manse, this lovely conversion is at the heart of the village and enjoys a south facing garden leading to a one and a half acre paddock bordered by a stream. Hidden on the chapel side of the building, which is the owners own occasionally used holiday home is a small plot of headstones. Entering through the large conservatory into the hallway you will find to the right a stylish comfortable sitting room with original fireplace and to the left an attractive modern dining kitchen. A useful boot room and cloakroom completes the ground floor accommodation. Upstairs are two attractive bedrooms, the master double features a lovely beamed ceiling and has a separate spacious dressing room with futon, ideal for flexible sleeping arrangements and the pristine modern bathroom is ensuite. The twin room has the benefit of a separate cloakroom with WC, however access to the bathroom is through the master bedroom, making this property ideally suited to families or couples. As may be expected in a cottage of this era, there are some low doorways and ceilings in parts. The spectacular North Devon coastline or the beauty of Exmoor National Park is within easy driving distance and a whole range of outdoor activities will ensure there is something for everyone to enjoy. Accommodation overview: With far reaching views across the Atlantic Ocean to Lundy Island on a clear day, this former scullery is now a self-contained single storey annexe set on the opposite side of the farm to the two other holiday cottages.
Although from the outside Ocean View lacks the charm of the older buildings, the inside is pleasantly light and airy with lovely views of the sea and countryside from the patio and lounge area.
Approached from its own parking space, one step leads up to the double glazed patio doors which open directly into the cosy living room consisting of comfortable seating, a dining suite and fitted kitchen area. Beyond the living room at the rear of the property is a pine furnished double bedroom and a fully tiled bathroom W.C. with hand basin and shower over the bath.
A small lawn and slate paved patio with a picnic table fronts the property on the seaward side making the most of the wonderful sea views over the farmland towards Long Rock.
