Accommodation overview: Detached single storey converted barn with views over open farmland. The rural village of Plumstead is set amidst lovely countryside in an unspoilt part of North Norfolk. It is an ideal location for a relaxing break, with excellent walking, cycling and bird watching in the area. The coastal town of Sheringham is just six miles away and there are numerous places to visit close by. There is a shop and public house one and a half miles away and further wonderful shops, pubs and restaurants are to be found in Holt and Aylsham, which are five miles away.
The following three properties (424, 425, 426) have been converted from outbuildings in the grounds of the owner's home. They provide comfortable accommodation and are in a lovely peaceful position with views across farmland. The owners also have provision for a maximum of five touring caravans to be accommodated in the adjoining field - this area is screened from the cottages and in no way detracts from their peaceful situation. The Orchard is a detached skilfully converted barn. It is all on one level and offers very attractive accommodation with views across the orchard to the open farmland beyond. Shop/Pub: 1.5 miles

Accommodation overview: A great family sized property with spacious and flexible accommodation, just a few minutes drive from the coast. Docking is a well located North Norfolk village surrounded by unspoilt countryside, providing easy access to the area's country and coastal attractions. It is four miles from the splendid sandy beach at Brancaster with the traditional seaside resort of Hunstanton seven miles away. The beaches at Heacham, Holme, Holkham and Wells harbour are all nearby and there are also many bird reserves in the area. The village has a large general store, a pub, a fish and chip shop and a cafe. There is also a large playing field with a tennis court.
Mill House is a spacious, detached cottage quietly situated only a five minute walk from the village centre. Thornage and Little Thornage are neighbouring villages located in the Glaven Valley, one of the most attractive areas of rural North Norfolk. The area is ideal for walking and cycling and just a ten-minute drive from the coastal villages of Blakeney and Cley. Cley Marshes is recognised as one of the UK's premier bird-watching sites. The Georgian town of Holt is just two miles away and offers good quality shops, art galleries and eating places and Holt Country Park, where you can enjoy way marked walks and nature trails. There are two pubs in the neighbouring villages of Hunworth and Letheringsett, which serve good food. Ivy Cottage is a delightful 300 year old cottage with bags of character.
