Accommodation overview: Very attractive detached Edwardian house overlooking the common. Comfortable and well equipped accommodation. The small coastal village of West Runton lies between Cromer and Sheringham on the North Norfolk coast. There is golf available in the village and a fine sand and pebble beach with exposed rock pools at low tide which are great fun for children. The village is also backed by National Trust woodland offering an abundance of walking opportunities across to Felbrigg Hall and Sheringham Park and the Norfolk Coast Path, all of which give some super views across the countryside. The Bittern and national rail line are accessible from the village and from here you can access Norwich, Sheringham and Cromer and enjoy the opportunity of leaving the car behind. The village has excellent eating places as well as a cafe, butchers, green grocers, newsagents, a small super market and is also close to The Hillside Shire Horse Sanctuary. Hurlingham House is a handsome Victorian house, just a fifteen minute walk from the sea. It is well set back from the road, overlooking the common, which has a small stream. It is a very pleasant and well-equipped house, offering a high standard of accommodation. There is also the benefit of an attractive, good-size garden. Shop/Pub: 0.25 miles

Accommodation overview: Delightful 200 year old brick and flint barn in peaceful rural setting. Field Dalling is well placed for exploring the splendid coastline and the pretty country villages that abound in this beautiful part of Norfolk. There is excellent walking and cycling along quiet lanes with many footpaths to explore. The sea is only three miles away and there are miles of diverse coastline to explore. The town of Holt is four miles away and offers good quality shopping, pubs and restaurants. There are village shops and pubs, which serve good food, within two miles.
The Little Barn is a gorgeous 200 year old brick and flint barn, converted in 2003 and retaining many original features including exposed beams. It is located in a peaceful rural setting near the owner's home. It is very tastefully furnished with style and care making an excellent holiday retreat. Shop: 2 miles Pub: 2 miles

Little Fransham is set right in the heart of Breckland and Norfolk, an ideal location for exploring Norwich, King's Lynn and the North Norfolk Coast. The village is half way between the market towns of Dereham and Swaffham, both of which offer excellent shopping, restaurants and good sports centres. It is a lovely area for a relaxing holiday with many delightful walks and cycle rides through the countryside. The village has a pub which serves food, and there is an excellent bus service on the main A47 road. Lyons Green is a lovely, spacious country house, situated at the end of a little lane, shared only by Little Flint. It is in a truly idyllic position overlooking its own beautiful grounds, including two lakes, where fishing is available at extra cost.
