Set over three floors, this cottage sleeps ten people consisting of bedrooms on both the first and second floors, as well as a cot room, a first floor bathroom and a ground floor shower room. The cottage also has a kitchen with breakfast area, a dining room, a sitting room with multi-fuel stove and a second floor sitting area on the landing. Outside there is off road parking for four cars and an enclosed garden and roof terrace with furniture and barbecue. Samphire House is a wonderful place to stay with National Trust properties, seaside villages and towns and the beautiful Norfolk Broads close by.

Accommodation overview: One of four very well appointed cottages offering sympathetically restored accommodation with use of a large recreation barn. Happisburgh (pronounced Haisbro) is a seaside village on the North East Coast of Norfolk, famous for its red and white lighthouse. It offers visitors a quiet, rural location, sandy beaches and cliff-top walks. The village has a post office/store and a traditional coaching inn and is within a 15-minute drive of the market towns of North Walsham and Stalham with easy access to the Norfolk Broads and many other tourist attractions. In past years, Church Farm has been a favoured holiday location for famous artists such as Henry Moore, Barbara Hepworth, Ben Nicholson and Ivon Hitchens, keen to relax in a rural idyll. The large grain barn and stables have been sympathetically converted to retain character and create four beautiful cottages, which all have exposed flint walls and old beams. There is a large recreation barn (9am-8pm) offering a racket sports area, a pool table, table tennis table and a comfortable seating area with books and games. Each cottage has its own door allowing access directly into the recreation barn. Shop/Pub: 0.25 miles  Typically suitable for a person with sufficient mobility to climb a flight of steps but would benefit from fixtures and fittings to aid balance. With exposed flint walls and beams, Hitchens Cottage is on one level, with two spacious bedrooms created from buildings that stabled horses used for the Happisburgh lifeboat. Creatively furnished, the cottage features artwork by Ivon Hitchens. It has an enclosed patio and garden area with gas barbecue, rotary dryer and outside furniture.

North Tuddenham is a small village set in the heart of rural Norfolk. It is a peaceful location and makes a perfect base from which to tour the county. The Cathedral city of Norwich is only fourteen miles away, the shopping is excellent, restaurants are numerous and there is a great cafe and bistro's atmosphere. The beaches of North Norfolk and the East coast are all within an easy drive, while the market town of Dereham is three miles away where you will find a good range of shops, cinema, swimming pool and ten-pin bowling. Pound End is attached to the owner's farmhouse, situated in a quiet and rural location yet only three miles from the market town of Dereham which has some very good family attractions and a local market twice a week This is a working farm, the family makes one of Norfolk's famous brands of ice cream using the produce from their Holstein dairy herd. The property offers spacious and well equipped accommodation and is ideal for families or couples who like walking and cycling activities. The owner's swimming pool is available to guests during the months of May-September and guests enjoy exclusive use during the day. Accommodation overview: Eva's Cottage is ideal for family holidays being close to the coast, or for walkers and birdwatchers, being close to the Sandringham Estate, and the RSPB reserve at Snettisham Dersingham nestles in the embrace of the Royal Estate of Sandringham and is surrounded by beautiful countryside and woodland. There are many fine examples of the local carstone and flint architecture to be found within this thriving village which is rich in history. A good choice of local beaches, the nearest at Snettisham is only two miles away, with the coastal resorts of North and West Norfolk readily accessible. The area offers good walking and cycling opportunities and if ornithology is a passion then Dersingham boasts its own English Nature Reserve, with Holme - Norfolk Wildlife Trust, Titchwell and Snettisham - RSPB reserves a short distance away.
