The Norfolk Coast with its miles of sandy beaches is within easy reach and the village of Horning is in a good location for fishing, bird watching, sailing, golf and horse-riding. Children will love Bewilderwood on the outskirts of Wroxham, steam train rides from Wroxham to Aylsham and then there is the historic City of Norwich with its shopping and culture opportunities. The area is great for both cycling and walking, with a network of country lanes, and Sparham Pools Nature Reserve is close by and provides excellent walks and bird watching. The fine city of Norwich is just thirteen miles away and there are many attractions in the area to suit all ages. The Orchard and The Stables (property 865) are character single-storey barn conversions, which are situated in the peaceful hamlet of Primrose Green, surrounded by farmland, one mile from Lyng.
