Accommodation overview: Ringstead is a small village with a superb pub, The Gin Trap, Minutes from Brancaster, Titchwell and Holme. This is the place to be, comfortable accommodation that is very well equipped and tastefully furnished. An excellent holiday location. Ringstead is a quiet little village in North West Norfolk, just a mile or two from Hunstanton and Holme-next-the-Sea. The village lies on the Peddars' Way, an old Roman road now used as a long distance footpath that links into the fine coastal paths. Here the sandy beaches of the Wash and the striped cliffs at Hunstanton are broken up by a more indented coastline of tidal creeks and salt marshes at Thornham and Titchwell. All the pleasures of the coast are close at hand yet this quieter location offers a more peaceful holiday base. Abbotts Cottage offers tastefully furnished and well-equipped accommodation, with quarry tiled floors with rugs downstairs and renovated floorboards also with rugs on the first floor. It was originally two cottages and retains many original features including two staircases. Set in the pleasant village of Ringstead, the property is within a few miles of the coast, with golf, fishing and horse riding easily accessible in the area. Accommodation overview: Janerio is a brilliant base for a family holiday, only a five minute walk from the sandy beach and there is a lovely garden to relax in at the end of the day The village of Mundesley is an excellent location for a seaside holiday. Mundesley has a wonderful clean, wide beach and a good range of shops, pubs and restaurants. Some may enjoy a dip in the sea or perhaps just the chance to relax and enjoy the view, whilst children will love to play on the golden sands. There is a golf course and driving range in the village with both horse riding and sea fishing available locally. Historic houses, steam trains, water sports and nature reserves are all within a short drive.
