The cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms - one double and one twin and there is a bathroom with bath, separate shower, basin and WC, along with a ground floor cloakroom with basin and WC. The living accommodation comprises a fitted kitchen, utility and sitting room with open fire and dining area. Outside, there is off road parking for two cars and a gravelled garden area with furniture. Guests also have shared use of the owner's heated outdoor swimming pool and tennis court. With the village pub close by, on the river, and with historic Oxford within easy reach, Dutton House makes a great base for a break in the Cotswolds.

Accommodation overview: Meadowbank Farmhouse is a remotely located farmhouse situated within the Oxfordshire Cotswolds providing very spacious self catering accommodation absolutely perfect for large groups or families. The property is surrounded by open countryside (there are some barns, nearby where the owners live!) with enclosed garden areas for customer's use to the front and rear. Inside the property has large entertaining rooms, with an excellent kitchen/diner as well as two living rooms plus an extra kitchen. There are six large bedrooms, with one on the ground floor making it ideal for any members of the party with limited mobility. A very well maintained and attractive holiday property that is very well located many of the Oxford and Cotswolds attractions. Accommodation overview: Hillside Cottage is a charming character cottage, situated in an absolutely beautiful Cotswolds village, about 3 miles from the popular market town of Chipping Norton. The cottage, which is built in traditional stone, enjoys an elevated and very peaceful position overlooking rolling countryside with nothing but trees, village roof tops and fields in the distance! The village has a weekend farm shop which sells good quality local produce. The cottage is totally detached down a quiet track with off-street parking and a wonderful private garden. Inside, the cottage really is a haven of olde England, boasting antique furniture, period beams, an open fire in the sitting room with many books and an ever popular AGA. In our opinion this cottage offers good value for money in a truly idyllic spot!Get local, organic food delivered to your door including vegetables, eggs, ice cream, yoghurt, home made bread and cakes and ready prepared home made meals! Accommodation overview: Church Cottage, Burford is one of those unique holiday cottages which come along only once in a while! Located in the heart of the beautiful Cotswold town of Burford, and right next to the famous 14th/15th Century church (described as the finest in Oxfordshire) this classic Cotswold cottage has everything to make your holiday truly enjoyable. Internally the cottage has been recently refurbished and provides a holiday home with character, charm and style: light, airy and comfortable, with hints of the 'Art-Deco' period when the house was built. Externally the house has an enviable location at the end of a no-through lane and overlooking the church. There is a very pretty, enclosed garden and (of course) the cottage is only a few minutes walk from restaurants and shops too.
