Accommodation overview: Meadowbank Farmhouse is a remotely located farmhouse situated within the Oxfordshire Cotswolds providing very spacious self catering accommodation absolutely perfect for large groups or families. The property is surrounded by open countryside (there are some barns, nearby where the owners live!) with enclosed garden areas for customer's use to the front and rear. Inside the property has large entertaining rooms, with an excellent kitchen/diner as well as two living rooms plus an extra kitchen. There are six large bedrooms, with one on the ground floor making it ideal for any members of the party with limited mobility. A very well maintained and attractive holiday property that is very well located many of the Oxford and Cotswolds attractions. Accommodation overview: The Coach House is a classic Cotswold property in so many ways. A converted barn (formerly the Coach House to the Vicarage as you'd expect!) it contains many attractive features that give it that traditional and welcoming feel. The huge, spacious living room with a vaulted ceiling, exposed beams, cream washed walls, oak flooring and open fire set the scene perfectly, with the idyllic view towards the village church simply gorgeous. The barn is set in the grounds of one of the finest houses in this village, and within one of the most 'sort-after' Cotswolds villages - Swinbrook. Within walking distance is the popular and highly regarded pub - The Swan. There are many walks from your front door, including one along the Windrush Valley to Burford. This is excellent location and excellent cottage ideal for two or even four with the extra beds available. Accommodation overview: Talbot Cottage is a very high standard of self catering accommodation, situated in the heart of Stow on the Wold. The property, which has been within the same family for generations, has been carefully renovated with a real attention to detail and a delightful art deco 'twist' maikng it unique and very appealing. Many of the original features such as the wooden floors have been beautifully retained. The accommodation, which is detached and across two floors is both spacious and cosy at the same time and overlooks the garden in all directions. Outside is a large garden with ample off street parking. Accommodation overview: Rectory Cottage, Alvescot is a truly classic Cotswolds cottage built in traditional stone under a Cotswold tile roof, but presented in a beautifully cool and contemporary style that makes it a stunning option for groups or families of up to 10 people. Set overlooking fields and surrounded by period Cotswold properties this delightful holiday cottage offers a very high standard of self catering accommodation. Internally, the owners have created a stunning home, which while contemporary it retains a wealth of period features that give a real sense of warmth and 'welcome'. The accommodation, which is set over three floors and with good size rooms throughout, has many period features through out. Including flagstone flooring, beams and mullion windows but of particular appeal is the kitchen which is, as they say, 'where the heart is': a gorgeous light room with a vaulted ceiling and Aga. When we visited the property we came away with the wow factor very much in our minds, we're confident that you'll feel just the same when you walk through the door too! The cottage, which is built in traditional stone, enjoys an elevated and very peaceful position overlooking rolling countryside with nothing but trees, village roof tops and fields in the distance! The village has a weekend farm shop which sells good quality local produce. The cottage is totally detached down a quiet track with off-street parking and a wonderful private garden. Inside, the cottage really is a haven of olde England, boasting antique furniture, period beams, an open fire in the sitting room with many books and an ever popular AGA.
