Accommodation overview: Chimney Farm Barns (Visit Britain 5 Star Gold) are three stunning barns, situated in a beautiful Nature Reserve located within the beautiful Oxfordshire Cotswolds, convenient for Oxford, Cheltenham, Burford and easy to get to and from London. Although the properties are available independently, together they offer superb accommodation for groups of 18 to 36 people. Internally, the accommodation is open plan and presented in a contemporary style with some amazing and original features. Plasma TVs, free WIFI and ipod docking stations are installed throughout. Externally, the properties enjoy over 10 acres of their own fabulous private space and tranquil countryside. The hamlet of Chimney is a magical place, an excellent holiday base to explore the area, great for a family get together (relax and re-charge the batteries), use for a group celebration or re-union.The owners have also sourced a number of local suppliers who would be able to add to the experience including catering and local food produce delivery, please ask for further details.PLEASE NOTE THAT PRICES WILL VARY ACCORDING TO THE SIZE OF YOUR PARTY AND WHETHER YOU REQUIRE TWO OR THREE BARNS (AND WHICH BARNS!!). Accommodation overview: Landgate Cottage is a well located holiday cottage situated moments from the Market Square in Stow. The cottage is a very good size for four people, but has the advantage of an extra bed if a fifth person wishes to travel*. The living room is particularly attractive with great views across the well tended (but of course!) allotments and fields beyond. The cottage also has two bathrooms which also make it suitable for two couples just as much for a family. Accommodation overview: Church Cottage, Burford is one of those unique holiday cottages which come along only once in a while! Located in the heart of the beautiful Cotswold town of Burford, and right next to the famous 14th/15th Century church (described as the finest in Oxfordshire) this classic Cotswold cottage has everything to make your holiday truly enjoyable. Internally the cottage has been recently refurbished and provides a holiday home with character, charm and style: light, airy and comfortable, with hints of the 'Art-Deco' period when the house was built. Externally the house has an enviable location at the end of a no-through lane and overlooking the church. Accommodation overview: Lane Farm House in Shipton under Wychwood is a very large house set in the midst of the lovely village of Shipton under Wychwood. A 14th Century rambling farmhouse, with accommodation for 16 people, with potential space for more if required. Internally the property is presented in a traditional and basic style with large living space ideal for party get-togethers. The property is clean and welcoming and is certainly very good value for money given the size of the accommodation. There is the ability to take additional beds within the bedrooms (to exceed 16 people) and all bedrooms can be single beds or double, although we would like to add that the seating and dining seating will be tight! The enormous main kitchen has granite tops, an Aga and large dining table. Nice and bright sitting room with a wood burning stove, (logs available), lots of bedrooms each very individual, and 'Eagles Nest' at the top of the house.
