Accommodation overview: This cottage in Burnham Market is a very attractive and traditional property in the centre of the village, near the green. Well-equipped accommodation that is comfortable and spacious - a joy all year round. Only three miles inland from the splendid sandy beach at Holkham is the fine Georgian village of Burnham Market, where elegant houses and flint cottages cluster around the village green. There is an excellent selection of quality shops as well as good restaurants and pubs. Nature reserves are at Titchwell, Holme and Cley, and there are golf courses at Brancaster, Hunstanton and Fakenham. Good sailing can be enjoyed at Brancaster, Blakeney and Burnham Overy Staithe, with wonderful country and coastal walks. An attractive Georgian cottage which has been renovated to a high standard whilst retaining many of its original features. The accommodation is spacious and well equipped and has a small patio to the rear. Situated on the village green and overlooking the church, it is in an excellent position to enjoy the delights of this popular village, whilst the cottage itself has a cosy and tranquil feel. The Bothy is a delightful two storey conversion with a private south and west facing garden set within the grounds of the main house. Accessed along a one mile track through West Bilney Wood offering lovely long walks from your doorstep where the abundant bird and wildlife can be viewed.
Only eight miles from the ancient Hanseatic port of King's Lynn with its fine Tudor and Georgian buildings. Royal Sandringham, Oxburgh Hall and Houghton Hall are all within easy reach.
There is a good selection of pubs/restaurants such as the Crown Inn, Gayton and the Dabbling Duck in Great Massingham, are a short drive away. There are many good restaurants and a wealth of shopping to be found in King's Lynn.

Walcott is an excellent location for a seaside holiday, with a sandy beach, excellent for summer days on the sands or long walks. It is also within easy reach of the Broads. The village has shops and a pub which serves good food, with further facilities available either in Stalham, four miles away, or the traditional market town of North Walsham, which is six miles away. This holiday chalet is one of a small group of properties in an excellent quiet position along a private road with no through traffic. Meander by boat through the waterways and enjoy lunch at one of the numerous riverside pubs. The East Coast is just a short distance away with its sandy beaches and the traditional seaside resort of Great Yarmouth. Norwich with its culture, castle, theatre, cafes and shopping opportunities is not to be missed. Heacham is a bustling little village situated on the North West coast of Norfolk. With its wide sandy beach, proximity to Sandringham, the coastal resort of Hunstanton and also being the home of Norfolk Lavender, world famous for its superb range of lavender plants and products, it is an ideal location for an enjoyable holiday. The village is well served with shops and is close to many of the pubs and restaurants that this area of Norfolk is renowned for.
