Located on Howells Mere and with stunning, far reaching views this is another high quality property in one of the most prestigeous locations on the Cotswold Lakes. Inside the owners have created an amazing, contemporary holiday home, which has clearly been developed with self catering holidays in mind. On the first two floors are the good sized bedrooms most with terrace areas and views towards the water, leading to the top floor - an open plan living space with 360 degree views across the lakes and surrounding countryside. Finally is the 'skydeck' itself - the very top floor with exceptional and interrupted views for miles. Wow! The building was once important in Cirencester circles, but today has been converted into four apartments, all above an old bookshop. The building is located on a small cobbled street. Even though in the heart of the town, there is no issue with noise, in fact it is extremely peaceful and yet you are literally seconds from all of the town's many and varied attractions. The apartment is spacious and comfortable; fully equipped for self catering and, in our opinion, just right for either a weekend retreat or as a base for touring the local environment. ACCOMMODATIONEntrance at street level, up 29 normal steps to the front door.Living Space - with sofa, large wall mounted TV, Freeview and DVD player.
