Russett is one of four, one-bedroom luxury penthouse lodges located in the peaceful, idyllic surroundings of Constable Country, near Stoke by Nayland in Suffolk. They're perfect for indulgent, romantic breaks for two. Spacious and bright, this first floor lodge offers an exquisitely furnished open-plan living, kitchen and dining area which features floor-to-ceiling windows at one end, with patio doors leading out onto huge wooden balconies looking out over the beautiful Suffolk countryside – just perfect for a leisurely breakfast, a spot of sunbathing or perhaps an evening cocktail or two as the sun goes down. The stunning, spacious en suite double/twin bedroom features a high ceiling, glass chandelier and Juliet balcony.
Up to ten Lodges here – offering a total of 16 double en suite bedrooms - can also be booked together for much larger groups of up to 32 guests. These are all within a five minutes’ drive of the nearby outstanding facilities at the family-owned Stoke by Nayland Hotel, Golf & Spa. There is a Lodge Porter on hand at all times to transport you to the hotel should you wish to indulge in a spa treatment, tone up in the Technogym, play a round or two of golf, or treat yourself to a meal in the onsite 2 AA Rosette restaurant, without being concerned about drinking and driving - it’s all so easy. You can even have one of the Hotel’s Chefs prepare a bespoke menu and serve it to you in the comfort and privacy of your lodge if you really want to treat yourselves! Accommodation overview: The beach is just minutes away, as is the town centre. Kittiwake could not be more central and the accommodation is ideal for a family or a couple. This is an excellent location for a traditional seaside holiday. The charming seaside town of Sheringham is an excellent location for a holiday in beautiful North Norfolk. The award-winning beach is of flint pebbles when the tide is high, giving way to a large expanse of smooth sand as the tide recedes. Cliffs rise on either side of the town, which has a backdrop of wooded hills, including those in the wonderful Sheringham Park. Sheringham is also home to The North Norfolk Steam Railway, Splash Leisure Centre, a golf course and an excellent selection of shops, tea-rooms, pubs and restaurants.
Kittiwake is a pleasant modern property just minutes from the seafront at Sheringham. The accommodation is comfortable and spacious enough for families or couples. The town centre is just a few minutes' walk away with all its amenities which include numerous shops and restaurants, the fabulous Little Theatre and the main centre for the Poppy Line steam train. Accommodation overview: Cosy little cottage in the centre of the village. Presented in a traditional style. The coastal village of Stiffkey is set in An Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and has one of the richest salt marshes for wildlife in the country, providing excellent opportunities for both ornithology and walking. The sandy beaches at Holkham and Wells are just four miles along the coast and sailing is available at nearby Morston and Blakeney. Stiffkey has a shop and a pub which serves food, with further amenities available in the lovely Georgian town of Holt, which is seven miles away.

Accommodation overview: Farmhouse living with modern facilities in a quiet village close to the North Norfolk coast and market towns of Fakenham and Holt. If cycling and walking are your thing, there is an abundance of quiet lane to explore. As its name would suggest, Great Snoring is a charming sleepy village, and an absolutely great place to unwind and recharge your batteries. Some will just savour the peace and quiet of this lovely area of countryside, but do not think that there is nothing to do in the area - far from it! There are many attractions offering excellent opportunities for days out including the sandy beaches at Wells and Holkham, which are within a fifteen minute drive. Shops and pubs are available in nearby Little Walsingham, Holt or in Fakenham, which is just three miles away.
The White House is a 15th Century brick and flint farmhouse which has been sympathetically restored to provide spacious family-sized accommodation. In a quiet area within the village, it is in an ideal position to enjoy the many amenities the surrounding market towns and villages offer, yet is only a short drive across country to the fabulous beaches at Wells and Holkham. Wangford is only three miles from the beaches and from Southwold town centre, yet within easy access of the A12 and the many other attractions of the Heritage Coast. There is a good village shop, a farm shop and the popular Angel Inn, with restaurant serving good local food, much recommended by past guests. Hillside Farm Barns are a group of four thoughtfully converted properties situated around a central courtyard. The owners have taken pride in their conversion and have been furnished to a high standard. The properties offer light, spacious accommodation and have the added benefit of being single story with level access so would be ideal for those less able. Wangford offers two village pubs, a garage and good general store. Wangford Farm Shop is situated next to the properties and offers fresh daily produce.
