Accommodation overview: Kosel forms one of three terraced cottages which provide cosy, warm and comfortable accommodation within The Eco Village. This mid terrace property is decorated to a good standard and  is perfect for both small family gatherings and  couples alike. This property is also perfectly suitable for the more elderly as its arranged on one level both inside and out.   

On entering the property through the large French windows, access is straight into a cosy but well furnished and equipped lounge/kitchen/ diner with electric living flame fire and flat screen TV. The lounge is on one side which provides comfortable seating and a fully fitted kitchen/ diner on the opposite side.

Off the main lounge area, a rear hallway leads to the bedrooms which consist of one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, shower over the bath and WC and one twin bedroom with en-suite shower room and WC.

Back in the main lounge/ kitchen/ diner, the large French windows provide access onto an open paved patio outside with picnic table for visitors sole use. Kosel provides one parking space at the end of the terrace with additional parking on site.

Built in Victorian times our twelve cottages have won many awards including 5 star recognition and the English Tourist Boards Excellence Award. The properties were converted by Mrs. Judy Astor, our proprietor, back in 1992 and have been developed and refurbished over time to reflect our guests' wants and needs.

The building was once important in Cirencester circles, but today has been converted into four apartments, all above an old bookshop. The building is located on a small cobbled street. Even though in the heart of the town, there is no issue with noise, in fact it is extremely peaceful and yet you are literally seconds from all of the town's many and varied attractions. The apartment is spacious and comfortable; fully equipped for self catering and, in our opinion, just right for either a weekend retreat or as a base for touring the local environment.  ACCOMMODATIONEntrance at street level, up 29 normal steps to the front door.Living Space - with sofa, large wall mounted TV, Freeview and DVD player.
