The property has been furnished and equipped in a contemporary style and to a very high standard. While Appledore offers shops galleries a Maritime Museum and several family pubs serving good food the whole of North Devon is also yours to explore; there are attractions to suit all tastes and these include RHS Rosemoor Gardens The Big Sheep The Milky Way The Oldenburg for pleasure trips to Lundy Island and more. The 2 miles of golden sandy beach at Westward Ho! is a 5 minute drive as are leisure facilities such as tennis riding swimming pool and the Royal North Devon Golf Course which is the oldest links course in England. The market town of Bideford is close by and offers a pannier market and high street shops. In the evenings relax on patio or enjoy a glass of wine and views from the living area. The stylish accommodation is accessed via the second floor and offers THREE bedrooms: 1 master king-size with en-suite bathroom with shower over and WC on the ground floor.
