Accommodation overview: This charming seaside character cottage has a superb location, directly across the road from the sand and pebble beach at Beckfoot. The front garden looks over the Solway Firth to the Scottish Hills and has the most spectacular sunsets. The beach is great for dog walking and extends for miles in either direction, with Silloth to the north and Allonby to the south. These 2 quaint seaside towns each have amenities, including leisure facilities, restaurants, pubs and shops and the Lake District is 30 minutes drive. Isabels Cottage has a wet room and a bedroom on the ground floor, which will be an advantage to guests with mobility problems.

This 4 bedroom cottage was extended, modernised and completely refurbished in 2008 by the owners, and now provides first class self catering accomodation in perfect surroundings. The many fells surrounding the valley include Scafell Pike and Haystacks and 2 beautiful lakes, Derwentwater and Buttermere are each within a few minutes drive. Rosthwaite is 1 1/2 miles, with a pub and village store and a wealth of amenities are available in Keswick, 8 miles away. There is a regular bus service between Seatoller and Keswick.
