1 & 2 Brick Kiln Barns are two charming single storey cottages based on the footprint of an ancient brick moulding barn in the pretty village of Dilham. They stand to the rear of the owner's property overlooking open farmland where the area is perfect for bird watching with several RSPB reserves in the vicinity. Guests are welcome to relax on the lawns and you can use the canoe launching site into a quiet branch of the River Ant, however the fishing rights are reserved for the local kingfishers and the occasional otter. Shop: 4 miles Pub: 0.1 miles

Lingwood is a quiet country village set in the heart of Norfolk's Broadland, providing easy access to the miles of waterways which make up one of England's finest National Parks. The nature reserves at Surlingham and Strumpshaw are close by and have waterside trails - a delight for walkers and nature lovers. Lingwood is also only eight miles from the fine city of Norwich, which as well as being steeped in history has a good array of shops, pubs, restaurants and leisure facilities. Also within a short drive is the sandy beach at the coastal village of Winterton-on-Sea.

The Bakehouse is set in three acres of private, peaceful grounds behind the owner's Georgian country house between Lingwood and South Burlingham. The property has been renovated and furnished to a high standard, and is presented with style and attention to detail. There is also a garden area backing onto orchard and lawns. Park Farm Barn is a 4-bedroom barn conversion in an exceptionally beautiful rural holiday location in North Norfolk originally part of the Walpole Estate and near Mannington Hall, Wolterton Hall and Blickling Hall (National Trust). It offers exceptional parkland views and provides spacious accommodation for up to ten guests. Situated approx 7 miles south east of the Georgian town of Holt and Aylsham 5 miles. Both are within easy reach by car and offer excellent shopping and recreational facilities.

The North Norfolk Coast, most of which is designated as an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty is 9 miles away with outstanding beaches, wildlife, riding facilities and a number of golf courses. The nearest village is 1.5 miles away and has a post office/shop, a gallery, church and the well known pub The Walpole Arms. Within walking distance is also another reputable pub, The Saracens Head.
