Accommodation overview: Wick Court, is like nothing else we have ever seen, in terms of a holiday property! This handsome and unique building is situated at the end of a mile long lane, tucked within a bend of the River Severn, has its own moat and is surrounded by 140 acres of stunning English countryside. It is believed that the Court has a history dating back to c1480, but of particular interest is the fact that there was a Royal visitor, Queen Elizabeth I, who stayed here when she was forced to leave nearby Berkeley Castle. Today the property is run as a charity (Farms for City Children) providing children with the opportunity to 'learn about where food comes from, the importance of caring for animals and the land  and the value of working co-operatively as a team.'
