Accommodation overview: An attractive stone cottage, lovingly restored to combine character features with stylish modern facilities. This lovingly restored detached stone cottage sits in an elevated position on the main village street in Combe Martin. Deceptively spacious and with the bonus of private parking alongside, it provides the perfect base to enjoy the delights of this wonderful area. Exposed stone walls, oak beams and stripped pine latch doors are just a few of the character features that have been retained to create a wonderfully stylish home from home. A few steps lead up to the front entrance porch and into the generous living room with comfy sofas, exposed stone walls and cosy fireplace with wood burning stove. From here two steps lead up to the large dining kitchen attractively fitted with cream units complemented by beech worktops and slate style flooring. A useful utility room with separate cloakroom provides storage for beach equipment. The open plan stairs lead to four bedrooms, the double having a pretty Juliette balcony with views over the surrounding countryside and gleaming ensuite shower room. The twin room and further two single rooms are served by a separate stylish bathroom. One of the single rooms has a double bed, ideal for flexible sleeping arrangements. At the rear of the cottage a decked terrace and pretty tiered lawn and garden offer a great outdoor space for barbecues and relaxation. Combe Martin is perfect for family holidays with a large expanse of golden sand at low tide, and numerous footpaths and bridleways for walking or cycling in the nearby countryside.
