Accommodation overview: Pleasant converted stable, retaining many original features. Attractively furnished and all on one level. Matt shall lies in the very heart of Norfolk, central to many of the county's attractions. There are a number of footpaths in the area with both fishing and golf available within four miles of the village. The market town of Dereham is five miles away and offers a good range of shops, restaurants and pubs as well as having a cinema and a sports centre. Matt shall itself has village shops and a pub, with a restaurant in Yaxham one and a half miles away. Wayfarers Cottage is a very pleasant converted stable, which retains many original features. It is located next to a small wooded area on the owner's working farm, with access on request to their one acre attractive garden, which is home to waterfowl and free-roaming peafowl. It provides very comfortable, attractively furnished accommodation, which is all on one level, making it suitable for the less able. Accommodation overview: Bags of character with modern amenities, this is a delightful cottage in a village location yet just minutes from the coast at Hunstanton and Thornham. Great accommodation for families and groups of friends. Sedgeford is wonderfully situated to discover the many delights of North West Norfolk. It is perfect for exploring the picturesque little villages that line the coast, and the lovely sandy beaches at Brancaster and Holme-next-the-Sea are only around five miles away. The village is well placed for ornithologists being halfway between the excellent reserves at Titchwell and Snettisham. For those looking for a more lively pace of life, Hunstanton is also only five miles away and there are many other attractions close by which are well worth a visit.
Cobble Cottage was once a pair of cottages, parts of which are thought to date back to the late 1700s. It provides character accommodation with original and unusual features such as two staircases, and has a large wood burner separating the sitting and dining rooms. Shop: 3 miles Pub: 175 yards

Little Fransham is set right in the heart of Breckland and Norfolk, an ideal location for exploring Norwich, King's Lynn and the North Norfolk Coast. The village is half way between the market towns of Dereham and Swaffham, both of which offer excellent shopping, restaurants and good sports centres. It is a lovely area for a relaxing holiday with many delightful walks and cycle rides through the countryside. The village has a pub which serves food, and there is an excellent bus service on the main A47 road. Little Flint is an idyllic 18th century country cottage, tucked away down a private lane, with gardens that overlook meadowland and lakes where fishing may be available at extra cost. Norwich, the Broads, coast at Yarmouth, Winterton and Eccles are all a short distance away. You have masses of choice and diversity here. Great Plumstead is a small rural village just five miles east of the cathedral city of Norwich and is centrally located for enjoying the diverse range of attractions in the area including the Broads. Meander by boat through the waterways and enjoy lunch at one of the numerous riverside pubs. The East Coast is just a short distance away with its sandy beaches and the traditional seaside resort of Great Yarmouth. Norwich with its culture, castle, theatre, cafes and shopping opportunities is not to be missed. The area is excellent for enjoying bird watching and exploring wildlife at a wide variety of fens including our own adopted charity, Wheatfen. Accommodation overview: Newly renovated with a modern interior, the cottage offers river views and on-site fishing Situated on the banks of the River Nar, the village of Narborough is located between the historic market towns of Swaffham and King's Lynn, both of which provide good shopping, pubs and restaurants. It is eighteen miles from the seaside resort of Hunstanton, with the bird reserves along the North West Coast also close by. There is excellent fishing at Narborough Trout Farm and Pentney Lakes. The village has shops and a Chinese restaurant with further facilities available in Swaffham, five miles away.
These three cottages are part of a terrace that was formerly used to accommodate the barge horses and watermen who worked the River Nar. Renovated with modern interiors, the cottages offer river views and on-site fishing - license required, on the owner's riverbank and lake.
