Accommodation overview: The Byre and The Linhay are adjoining barns set in the delightful grounds of Higher Ash Farm (and owner's nearby farmhouse), just two miles from the famous naval town of Dartmouth, and a 10 minute drive along the coast road to Blackpool Sands beach. The farm (with cows, sheep and chickens) produces a wide range of fruit and vegetables for sale when in season to guests, and fresh eggs are available most of the year.The LinhayA very large and tastefully presented barn conversion with lovely views across neighbouring gardens, orchard and rolling fields. The barn has been fully refurbished in recent years yet retains many original features including cross beams and exposed stone walls, and is ideally suited to two couples or extended families with younger children looking for a quieter location within easy reach of Dartmouth and the surrounding area. Accommodation overview: Dynnarge forms one of three terraced cottages which have been decorated and furnished to a good standard and provide cosy accommodation, perfect for small family gatherings and couples. The mid terrace accommodation is arranged on one floor with an attractive and enclosed outside space with patio seating.
Dynnarge is accessed through the French windows and the entrance is straight into a cosy but well furnished and equipped lounge/kitchen/ diner. On the lounge side, the property offers comfortable seating with electric living flame fire and flat screen TV and a fully fitted kitchen/ diner on the other side.
Off the main lounge area, an inner hallway leads to the bedrooms which consist of one double bedroom and one twin bedroom. An additional doorway leads to a separate bathroom with shower over the bath and WC.

Woodcote is a charming stylishly presented cottage with pine stripped doors, colour washed walls, and occasional exposed beams, nestling in the heart of Parracombe, just a short drive from Lynton and Lynmouth, ideally located for exploring this beautiful part of the North Devon coastline and Exmoor National Park. With two reception rooms, the larger living room has an outlook over the garden and the smaller 'snug' style room features a wood burning stove and French doors to the garden. An attractive kitchen / dining room complemented by slate tiled floor has ample space for family meals and a stable door leads out to the patio and pretty lawned garden. Upstairs are two lovely bedrooms, the double room has an outlook across the village and surrounding countryside, and both are served by a modern bathroom.
