You may be lucky and see Exmoor ponies buzzards and Roe deer amongst the wealth of wildlife on your doorstep. Walk from your front door through the peaceful farmland leading to stunning scenery at Killerton House and the Ashclyst Forest. The pretty village of Broadclyst with its thatched cottages and traditional village pub is a 10 minute walk across the farm and Clyst River. Its central location makes an ideal base to explore the West Country with attractions to suit all tastes. There are many National Trust properties and gardens as well as comfortable access to Exmoor and Dartmoor National Parks with their picturesque villages. You will be ideally suited for outings to the English Riviera and the delightful resort of Exmouth 12.5 miles away. The historical cathedral city of Exeter is 6.5 miles away with its new shopping centre theatres cinemas pubs and restaurants.
