Accommodation overview: One of four very well appointed cottages offering sympathetically restored accommodation with use of a large recreation barn. Happisburgh (pronounced Haisbro) is a seaside village on the North East Coast of Norfolk, famous for its red and white lighthouse. It offers visitors a quiet, rural location, sandy beaches and cliff-top walks. The village has a post office/store and a traditional coaching inn, and is within a 15-minute drive of the market towns of North Walsham and Stalham with easy access to the Norfolk Broads and many other tourist attractions. In past years, Church Farm has been a favoured holiday location for famous artists such as Henry Moore, Barbara Hepworth, Ben Nicholson and Ivon Hitchens, keen to relax in a rural idyll. The large grain barn and stables have been sympathetically converted to retain character and create four beautiful cottages, which all have exposed flint walls and old beams. There is a large recreation barn (9am-8pm) offering a racket sports area, a pool table, table tennis table and a comfortable seating area with books and games. Each cottage has its own door allowing access directly into the recreation barn. Shop/Pub: 0.25 miles 
Typically suitable for a person with restricted walking ability and for those that may need to use a wheelchair some of the time. Hepworth Cottage is a spacious property created from the old stables and one end of the grain barn, and is wheelchair-friendly with easy access via a gentle slope, wider doorways and a large walk-in en-suite shower in the ground floor master bedroom. Artwork in the cottage represents the work of the sculptress Barbara Hepworth. It has an enclosed patio and garden area with gas barbecue, rotary dryer and outside furniture. The cottage, which is over 200 years old and was once the lodge to the Lower Moor Manor, has a wealth of period features, including original flagstone and wooden flooring and wood burning stove. The owners have cleverly mixed old and new to make it a very charming home. There is a lovely garden and super views to the south. The property is located just 15 mins level walk from Hay centre with its shops, cafes and restaurants. Accommodation overview: Robbie's Barn is a high quality holiday cottage set a peaceful hamlet on the edge of the northern Cotswolds, very close to Shakespeare's Stratford upon Avon. The cottage was recently modernised and has many ECO friendly modifications incl solar panels and ground source heat pump. Internally the cottage, which is on one level (ideal for limited mobility) is very warm, welcoming and homely with some delightful touches including beautiful oak beams and a wood burning stove. Robbie's is situated in Fulready which has easy access to Stratford, along with the Cotswolds towns of Moreton in Marsh and Stow in the Wold. We loved the owners' home grown produce which you are welcome to purchase!
