Accommodation overview: The Old Stores is a homely cottage set within the beautiful village of Lowbands, itself a short drive from the wonderful market town of Ledbury. The cottage sits within an acre of private gardens, which is perfect for children and in our opinion is what makes this cottage so desirable. There are country walks from your door with plenty more to see and do within a short drive. You may, instead, decide to relax in the enormous garden enjoying the peace of the countryside! Good accommodation in a delightful location and outstanding value. Accommodation overview: Nestling in a beautiful private Estate in South Cave are these luxury 5* cottages. They date back to the 1800s, and have been lovingly converted to an extremely high standard with care taken to retain original beams and open brickwork, whilst keeping modern comforts. The eco-friendly heating, is provided by a bio-mass boiler using renewable energy from the Estate. The cottages offer peace and tranquillity of surrounding countryside, and are ideally positioned to explore the Yorkshire Wolds, North York Moors and the East Coast. They are in a perfect area for bird watchers with the magnificent Red Kite birds of prey located on the Estate. There is ample walking throughout the Estate for leisurely walkers or keen ramblers to enjoy this unspoilt beautiful part of the world on the edge of the Wolds Way. There are loads of activities in the area including tennis on site, spa treatments and organised shooting weekends which can be arranged. Private functions can also be arranged at Drewtons Farm Shop and Restaurant located on the Estate. All the rooms are on ground floor level with a ramped access to the rear of the property making it suitable for wheelchair use. If you would like to travel slightly further, the medieval town of Beverley with its Minster and racecourse are only a fifteen minute drive away. The Yorkshire Heritage Coast and the historic city of York are also within easy reach and are well worth a visit.

Accommodation overview: The Den, a converted barn on Shaken Oak Farm, is a wonderful holiday cottage for those who wish to get away from it all and recharge the batteries. Situated in the original Wychwood Forest - a Royal hunting ground - The Den is in a truly tranquil setting, amongst fields and woods, and yet close to Woodstock and the famous Blenheim Palace as well as Oxford. The property is well cared for by the owners and is an ideal 'bolt-hole' to relax peacefully. There are many excellent walks all around and yet you are conveniently located for a wide selection of Cotswolds locations. The local pub, The Royal Oak at Ramsden which was voted the Good Pub Guide's Country Pub of the Year 2011, is just a mile away - a delightful stroll through the woods and fields. We as well as everyone else highly recommend this pub! ACCOMMODATION: (all on one level )French windows lead into the Sitting / Dining / Kitchen area. Useful facilities include digital TV with DVD player, CD & digital radio, dining table and chairs. Kitchen is well equipped with electric cooker, microwave, washer/dryer, fridge with ice compartment. The owners have furnished and equipped them to a high standard to provide superior self catering accommodation. Greenah Crag is situated close to Troutbeck, between Keswick and Penrith in a lovely rural location, yet only 10 minute drive from the M6. This central location is ideal, with Ullswater to the South, Keswick to the East and the Caldbeck Fells to the North, all are within a 20 minute drive and offer beautiful scenery and great walks.
