Exposed stonework, oak beams and slate flooring throughout all add to the charm whilst a wood burning stove ensures cosy evenings at any time of year. The spacious living area is open plan with French doors opening onto a patio and lawn with stunning countryside views and luxurious outdoor hot tub. The attractively presented bedrooms are located at each end of the barn. A double bedroom accessed from the living room has French door out onto the patio and benefits from an ensuite shower room. The second spacious double room has an additional single bed, making the property ideal for two couples or giving flexible sleeping arrangements for families. A stylish family bathroom with roll top bath is located off the hallway. Muddiford is well situated to enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the countryside yet only a short drive from the fantastic surf and swimming beaches of Woolacombe or Croyde. The local village is within walking distance and retains a traditional friendly Cornish atmosphere with local shops and a public house. The seaside villages of Porthtowan Portreath and St. Agnes are a short drive away and from here you can enjoy some lovely cliff top walks that offer a wonderful route through mine ruins valleys woodland and beaches.
