A winding carpeted staircase leads up to the first floor where you will find the attractive double bedroom with kingsize bed and dual aspect overlooking the garden to one side and surrounding countryside to the other. A door from the bedroom and landing gives access to the En-suite shower room W.C with hand basin and heated towel rail.
From the living room a glazed door at the rear leads out to a paved patio and onto the tiered landscaped lawn bordered by a Cornish hedge on both sides, fruit trees and a wild garden at the top. To one side the garden continues to the front paved patio and small lawn enclosed by trellis fencing. There is a gated drive to the side with parking for 1 car.
Hallworthy 2 miles has a country pub and Marshgate 2.5 miles with its P.O store is the nearest village for your day to day needs. Wainhouse Corner 5 miles has a pub, garage and P.O store.
