Sitting high above Trebarwith Strand with excellent views over the beautiful gardens and out to sea, Trevalley is a delightful North Cornwall character cottage in a lovely coastal setting, having superb flexibility and priced separately for parties of five or seven throughout the year. Enchanting Tintagel is close by with its famous castle steeped in legend and mystery. A little further along the coast are the picturesque harbour villages of Boscastle and Port Isaac. A twenty minute walk through the valley brings you to the fabulous golden sands of tidal Trebarwith Strand and a short drive will find you at the popular beaches of Polzeath and Widemouth Bay. This spacious welcoming self-catering holiday home from home has a comfortable sitting room with wood burning stove. The attractive country kitchen /dining room with lovely oak beams leads to a sunny conservatory with the most stunning views. The stylish master bedroom has wonderful valley and sea views. Stairs lead down to the pretty twin room and single room, all served by a wood panelled family bathroom. A small annex, accessed internally through the twin room, provides a second twin bedroom with the benefit of an en suite shower room and galley kitchen, ideal for families. This part of the house also has its own separate entrance door and the internal connecting door can be locked if required. On the garden level a games room with table tennis and pool table is a real bonus and will keep the children happy for hours! French windows in the conservatory lead out to the lovely enclosed south facing terraced gardens, with pretty patio area and pond where you can make the most of the spectacular sunsets over the rugged coastline. Accommodation overview: With panoramic views across the beautiful Allen Valley, this peaceful detached south-facing barn conversion with its own private garden nestles in the rural hamlet of Trevia just 5 miles from the beach at Trebarwith Strand.
Surrounded by unspoilt countryside, it offers a good touring base to explore the picturesque villages and harbours of North Cornwall's dramatic coast and Bodmin Moor, just a short drive away.
Double glazed, built of solid stone and retaining many of its original charming characteristics, the cottage is set to one side of the owner’s house and paddocks where there is an abundance of birds and wildlife.
Approached by a quiet country lane and a gated driveway with a private parking area, four railed steps and a path lead around to the entrance at the rear. The stable door opens to a small hallway and to one side, a step leads down to an attractive, bright living room with the original exposed beams rising up to the apex of the roof and cream painted walls.
There is a neatly fitted galley kitchen, a dining area and a comfortable sitting area with French Windows leading out to the enclosed garden with a sun deck and level lawn overlooking the surrounding countryside. Visitors are also welcome to explore the owner’s adjacent grassy paddock.
Leading off the central hallway, there is a fully tiled shower room W.C. with hand basin and heated towel rail and a pretty double bedroom with rustic pine bedroom furniture and views of the garden with fields beyond. A single sofa chair bed can be made available on request as an alternative sleeping arrangement to the double bed.
Camelford, half a mile, has a good selection of small shops, a restaurant and two pubs, and there is also a local sports centre with swimming pool. Bowood Championship Golf Course and Country Club is just a 5 minute drive.
Boscastle and Tintagel are both within 5 miles, as is the nearest beach at Trebarwith Strand, and the beaches around the Camel Estuary, including Polzeath, Daymer Bay and Rock are within a 20 minute drive.

Accommodation overview: Set to one side of a quiet country lane between Cubert village and the sea, this 200 year old detached and double glazed cottage has been freshly renovated to a high standard and is surrounded by lovely countryside with glimpses of the sea on the horizon.
Well placed for access to Holywell Bay, 1 mile, Porth Joke and West Pentire beaches which can be reached by road or by public footpath to Cubert Common and the cliff path which links all three for the more energetic.
Entered through a glazed front porch with room for the storage of coats, an inner door leads directly into a bright and sunny, dual aspect sitting room with comfortable lounge seating arranged before the wood burning stove. Beyond is a recently enlarged modern kitchen/dining room with smart fitted units, quarry tiled floor and ample dining space; there is also a door to an enclosed paved courtyard with patio furniture and a shed for storage of beachgear.
Painted stairs lead up from the lounge to the first floor where there is a newly fitted bathroom W.C. with hand basin, bath and shower cubicle and two charming bedrooms with a 5ft king-size and twin beds respectively. From the master bedroom views of the sea on the horizon can be enjoyed.
The sheltered garden has a good sized level lawn and there is off road parking for two cars on the gravel drive which can be gated to enclose the garden. A lockable garage is also available and there is a seldom used right of way to one other cottage. The village has a grocery store/P.O., pub and two restaurants all within a 15 minute walk and there is a regular bus service to Newquay and the cathedral city of Truro.
The sandy beach at Holywell Bay is about 1 mile and Crantock 2.5 miles, with West Pentire slightly further where there is a summer passenger ferry to Newquay which with its amenities is 5 miles by road. The immediate vicinity provides several golf courses and riding stables, there are local walks across Cubert Common to the coastal footpath, a fun park nearby offers go karting and children’s amusements and Newquay Zoo and Sea Life Centre are about a 15 minute drive.

Just a five minute drive from the Eden Project and the lovely beaches of Porthpean, Charlestown and Par Sands, this freshly renovated double glazed semi detached cottage, is set on the corner of a country road close to the village playing field in the quiet village of Tregrehan Mills.
Entered from the lane, three steps lead down to a double glazed conservatory / dining area and an internal door opens into a long, beamed, sitting room with lounge furniture facing a coal effect electric fire. To one side, a recently upgraded, well equipped kitchen has modern fitted units and an external door leading to the fully enclosed garden. There is one ground floor bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite shower room W.C. with hand basin.
Carpeted stairs lead up in one corner of the sitting room to a wide landing, a twin bedded room and a Bathroom W.C. with Jacuzzi bath and hand basin. The garden featuring an outstanding Wisteria has a sheltered lawn and storage shed with ample room for beach gear, and there is off road parking for one car.
There is a pub that serves good food within a 10 minute walk and St Austell, 2 miles, has a range of shops and facilities including supermarkets, a cinema, bowling alley and leisure centre. The Lost Gardens of Heligan are within a 30 minute drive as are the picturesque coastal villages of Mevagissey and Fowey, and there are two golf courses at nearby Carlyon Bay and Porthpean.
