You will be ideally placed for exploring both the north coasts of Devon and Cornwall which have a choice of popular sandy surfing beaches and sheltered coves. Leisure facilities: shared solar-heated outdoor swimming pool in its own enclosed patio area available from May to September. Shared utility room: coin operated washing machine and tumble dryer and use of communal freezer. Outside: there is an ever changing sculpture garden and hidden corners to explore and enjoy.
