The property is 3 miles from the Atlantic Highway giving access to popular attractions including The Big Sheep The Milky Way and Dartington Crystal. The popular market towns of Bideford and Torrington with their famous pannier markets are also close by offering good pubs shops and restaurants. The villages of Monkleigh Buckland Brewer and Littleham are a short drive away and all offer good village pubs.
