Accommodation overview: Waldrons Farm Barn is a lovely Listed Building which has been converted to create an inviting and cosy self catering cottage, full of character and absolutely ideal for a Cotswolds Holiday. Set in the southern Cotswolds on the Gloucestershire borders, the cottage is peacefully located in the grounds of the stunning owners' home. The property is extremely convenient for the M4 (about 15 minutes away) and therefore is an ideal option for weekend breaks. Externally, the cottage is surrounded by open countryside, a private garden and a tennis court! Internally the owners have modernised this barn to a very high standard with all mod cons throughout creating a home which is sure to please the most demanding of tastes. (The radiators are amazing - you have to see them to believe them!!) An excellent choice for those looking to 'get-away' or to tour the southern Cotswolds and Bath region. It is believed that Brinkworth is actually the longest village in England and yet small at the same time with a population of approximately 1300. There are two public houses a few shops (within walking distance) as well as a church. There are more more shops and services to be found in Wootton Bassett, 3 miles away. Slightly further afield is Bath which is approximately 25 mins away, while the attractions of the Southern Cotswolds are all within an easy drive - including Cirencester, Tetbury (excellent for antiques) and Malmesbury.

Initially bought by Christopher Cadbury the beautiful coastal reserve is now a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and a haven of peace and tranquillity. Direct from your door is the delightful 0.5 mile walk that leads to the pebble beach of Marsland Cove where the footpath over the stream marks the Cornwall/Devon border or within a short drive is a selection of superb sandy beaches. The area has much to offer with breathtaking scenery rugged coastlines and activities such as horse riding and fishing yet within driving distance to family attractions such as The Milky Way The Big Sheep Clovelly and many picturesque fishing villages to explore. The tastefully furnished split-level accommodation retains much character with wooden floors and wooden latch doors.
