Accommodation overview: BEAUTIFULLY PRESENTED COTTAGE WITH WONDERFUL VIEWS ACROSS THE HARBOUR NEW FITTED KITCHEN FOR 2015 This charming character cottage is set in the quaint village of Kingswear with unrivalled views across the harbour towards Dartmouth from the terraced area. There are many original features such as exposed beams and stone walls. The beautiful village of Kingswear has a local shop and 2 pubs one with a very popular restaurant or take a 3 minute ferry ride across the river to Dartmouth which has endless wonderful shops galleries and places to eat. There are great day trips from the doorstep and glorious cliff-top walks along the South West Coast Path. The rugged Dartmoor National Park for the more energetic is not far away. Within a short walk you will find the steam railway station and yacht club. Returning in the evening why not enjoy a glass of wine on the terrace whilst watching the sun set over Dartmouth. This well-furnished charming cottage with original features offers THREE bedrooms: on the ground floor is 1 double with en-suite shower basin and W.C. 1 further double with glimpses of the river Dart and 1 twin are on the first floor. Bathroom: upstairs with shower over bath and WC. Entrance hall: newly built with storage space for shoes coats and prams. Lounge/diner: spacious and open-plan with woodburner TV Freeview and DVD. Seating around the dining table. Kitchen: newly fitted for 2015 new electric oven and hob dishwasher fridge freezer and washer/dryer. Outside: the property benefits from a tiered terrace with seating approached via steep steps with stunning panoramic river views. Amenities: 1 parking space within a short walking distance is provided at the marina car park only. Bed linen towels electric central heating entrance hall with underfloor heating and wi-fi included. Regret no smoking. 1 small well-behaved dog welcome. Additional info: Please note dog owners the nearest green is a 5 minute walk from the cottage.
