Enjoy fishing trips from Brixham as well as many attractions to suit all tastes which include Torbay historic Plymouth with its Hoe Barbican and National Marine Aquarium rugged Dartmoor with its scenery and wildlife River Dart Country Park and much more. The property is in the South Hams so there are some lovely walks and views plus many activities from windsurfing and kayaking to fishing and golf. Relax in the garden or enjoy a meal in a choice of popular local pubs and restaurants. The accommodation is furnished and equipped to a good standard and offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double and 1 single. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: with TV DVD and woodburner (first net of logs included 1 October to 31 March inclusive). Kitchen area is galley-style offering cooker hob fridge/freezer and microwave. Utility: storage shed across the shared rear right of way with washing machine and ample storage. Outside: delightful enclosed garden with seating accessed across the shared right of way with views across the village. Amenities: roadside parking in the village.
