Locally are the farming market towns of Totnes and Kingsbridge selling great local produce or visit the nautical towns of Salcombe and Dartmouth boasting fantastic seafood restaurants and great shopping. Dartmouth is also renowned for its Naval College and stunning castle. Plymouth with its Hoe Barbican Theatre and Aquarium and Dartmoor with its breath taking scenery and array of wildlife are all a short drive from your door. Or why not simply unwind on the decking with a glass of wine and take in the beautiful view of the village and out over to sea. This well appointed accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: 1 double and 1 king-size on the one level and 1 further double reached through the conservatory down three steps with en-suite shower room and WC. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. Lounge/diner: with ample seating around both the dining table and the open fire TV with DVD Freeview and hi-fi. The conservatory is just off the lounge and is reached via three steps offering lounge seating with board games and books.
