This imposing and spacious Victorian house overlooks the spectacular rugged coastline in this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Wonderful sea views can be enjoyed from many of the rooms and all the facilities of the town resort of Ilfracombe are within walking distance including the delightful harbour the famous Tunnels Beaches and a choice of pubs, restaurants and shops. This is an ideal property to enjoy a wonderful holiday with your extended family or a group of friends with plenty of room for separate generations to relax and unwind. Two bedrooms on the ground floor (one with sea views) each have ensuite shower rooms and four further bedrooms on the second floor(two with sea views) share a family bathroom. The main living room on the first floor has comfy seating for 6 and large windows to enjoy the spectacular sea views. An additional snug/children's room with additional comfy seating is also on the same floor. A fully fitted kitchen gives access to the rear attractive garden and is connected to a wonderful spacious dining room that offers lovely garden views.
