Surrounded by farmland and open fields there are some lovely walks direct from each property either to the beach which is less than 1 mile away and is a mixture of sand and rock pools or the character thatched village pub which is perfect for families and is renowned for its food. Slightly further away is a Post Office/stores selling local produce. The coastline in both directions offers some of the most breathtaking scenery in the West Country and there are some well-known long sandy beaches within a short drive as well as many hidden sheltered coves to explore. The property is 3 miles from the Atlantic Highway giving access to popular attractions including The Big Sheep The Milky Way and Dartington Crystal. The popular market towns of Bideford and Torrington with their famous pannier markets are also close by offering good pubs shops and restaurants. The villages of Monkleigh Buckland Brewer and Littleham are a short drive away and all offer good village pubs.
