This is a wonderful family space and leads through to a separate snug sitting room ideal for children. A useful utility room has a door through to the large double garage with remote control door and ample secure storage for all your surfboards, bicycles or beach equipment together with table football and a table tennis table. A separate wet room, ideal for when you have just come from the beach is located off the utility room. On the first floor are five bedrooms, all carpeted for comfort, generous in size and attractively presented with two enjoying sea views over the rooftops. The master bedroom has a stunning en suite bathroom with separate walk-in shower cubicle, bedroom two offers the option of a spacious double which converts to a twin on request and having an ensuite shower room. A third stylish double room also has an ensuite shower room whilst the two further twin rooms are served by a separate pristine bathroom.
