South Park is a spacious detached house with lovely views over the surrounding countryside to the estuary in the distance. Situated in a residential cul de sac within walking distance of the village shops, pubs and restaurants it is a really comfortable home from home. The hallway with oak flooring gives access to the large sunny living room, separate dining room and immaculate newly fitted kitchen which also has an ample breakfast bar with seating for all the family. Two bedrooms are on the ground floor, overlooking the front garden, both being extremely spacious and served by a modern shower room. A further cloakroom adds to the facilities. On the first floor a good sized landing acts as a useful study area with desk and leads to a large bedroom with characterful sloping ceiling and amazing views from a Juliette style balcony towards the estuary. A special feature of this room is the wonderful ensuite bathroom with huge spa bath for luxurious relaxation. Enclosed and well kept gardens surround the property with a large garden and driveway to the front and lawned area with patio to the rear. Storage for surfboards and beach equipment is provided in the garage. A great family holiday base is this popular area of North Devon.

Weez House is an ideal choice for surfers, and keen walkers will enjoy exploring the footpath leading almost from the doorstep to the stunning beach at Putsborough around 20 minutes away.
