You could also stroll for just over a mile to the friendly village of Woolfard is worthy or Woolsey as it is known locally. This "village with two names" boasts a beautiful medieval church tower, traditional thatched Devon pub, shops and post office and hosts the popular Woolsery Show, held each year in July. Willow Cottage is one of a group of similar properties within Clifford Farm, nestling in a quiet corner and attached on two sides.
