Set a short distance from the many beaches along the North Devon and North Cornwall coast it is ideal for couples wishing to explore this beautiful part of the West Country. Much to see and do in the area: family theme parks such as The Big Sheep and The Milky Way RHS Rosemoor cycling on the Tarka Trail or walking along the coastal footpaths and enjoying spectacular views over Bideford Bay. Clovelly should be on any visitors list to visit a unique cliff-side fishing village which is privately owned and has remained unchanged for many years. The larger towns of Bude and Bideford offer a wider range of shops restaurants and amenities. Bude also has a splash pool and ten pin bowling centre tennis courts and pretty canal. Outside: shared lawn area perfect for games. Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen electric central heating and stairgates included. Wi-Fi available. Towels available for hire. Regret no smoking. Location: beach 2 miles (Bucks Mills) sandy beach 6 miles (Westward Ho!) shop and village social club 1 mile pub 3 miles. The accommodation offers ONE bedroom: accessed via an open-tread spiral staircase king-size four-poster bed with TV en-suite with spa bath and WC. Lounge/diner: with woodburner (first basket of logs included) TV/DVD and underfloor heating. French doors lead out to the front patio. Kitchen: has exposed stone work dishwasher electric cooker and hob washing machine fridge/freezer microwave many useful extras and underfloor heating and assess to the rear patio. Outside: patio areas at the front and rear of the property with garden furniture and BBQ. Amenities: regret no smoking or pets.
